On the 23rd October we had our first ever Timberwolf roadshow demonstration day in the woodlands of the fantastic Overbury estates. The TAG sales and service team were joined by the Timberwolf team to put the range of wood chippers through their paces. The weather was beautiful and lots of TAG customers came to see the UK’s number one wood chipper brand in action.
There was a range of machines, including the mightily impressive TW 280TVGTR tracked machine with its 45HP engine and double sided blades which made mincemeat of some considerable tree trunks and with its ‘Wolftrack’ variable tracking system it could be taken virtually anywhere within the woodland. One thing that impressed the TAG team was the performance of the smaller TW 230DHB road towable wood chipper. It weighs less than 750kg but can still cope with 6 1/3” trunks with ease thanks to its quad force rollers that exert 300kg of pressure onto the wood as it’s drawn in to the double sided blades. Timberwolf have a range of road towable, tracked, PTO and gravity wood chippers and also shredders.
