Greater accuracy, faster pull-in times, and 5 years season-to-season repeatability. Less hardware, faster recovering times from a shading event, and the confidence that your guidance lines and boundaries won't shift from year to year. As accuracy and repeatability continue to be more important to get to pass-to-pass accuracy.

Integrated AutoTrac
Integrated AutoTrac utilises factory installed hardware for the control of the tractor steering. Generation 4 AutoTrac Activation provides proven benefits of automatic guidance on Generation (Gen) 4 and the NEW G5 displays. A Generation 4 or New G5 display StarFire™ receivers, and the Generation 4 AutoTrac activation are required to utilise the activation. AutoTrac offers increased productivity by being able to cover more ground, reduces overlap and maximises input as well as reducing fatigue.

Active Implement Guidance
Active Implement Guidance helps optimise the use of inputs by increasing accuracy even further at the implement, facilitating seamless, repeatable passes throughout the growing season. Active Implement Guidance can help to reduce input costs in a variety of applications. Potato producers and other specialty crop producers that make frequent passes through the field have seen the value of Active Implement Guidance for precise planting and precise crop care application.
Requirements
- Autotrac and ISOBUS ready tractor
- Command Centre or John Deere Gen4 or G5 Universal Displays with Autotrac and Implement Guidance Activations
- StarFire 3000 or 6000 receiver at any accuracy level
- Active Implement guidance valve, controller and harness
- SF3000, SF6000 or SF7000 Receiver
- Compatible implement with steering axle or side shift ram
- Hydraulic side shift unit for the three point linkage
Benefits
- Positive impact on inputs
- High crop quality
- Industry-exclusive fingertip controls
- Reduced operator fatigue
Passive Implement Guidance
Passive Implement Guidance commands the tractor to the correct location to keep the implement on the guidance line, by using a second receiver on the implement this increases accuracy and repeatability. In applications utilising Passive Implement Guidance, seeds are more consistently placed to take full advantage of pre-applied nutrients. This level of precision allows implement guidance to reduce overall input costs, especially on undulating terrain where implements are prone to side slippage.
Requirements
- John Deere 6R, 7R, 8R, 9R equipped with Integrated Autotrac
- Command centre or John Deere Gen 4 or G5 Universal Displays with Autotrac and Implement Guidance Activations
- StarFire 3000, 6000 or 7000 receiver at any accuracy level
- StarFire 3000, 6000 or 7000 Receiver for the implement
- Implement guidance Harness
Benefits
- Maximises ability to apply inputs at the right place
- Maximises accuracy throughout multiple applications and operations
- Shared signal improves performance and lowers input costs through improved precision
AutoTrac Turn Automation
AutoTrac Turn Automation automatically guides the tractor through the optimum path and carries out end-of-row functions at appropriate times during the sequence. This functionality reduces input costs and reduces strain on the operator. When operators spend their workday manually steering a tractor and implement around an end-of-row turn while also watching for obstacles and executing end-of-row functions such as raising the implement and down shifting the tractor, they tend to get tired. This causes headland inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Available on all 6R to 9R series John Deere Tractors
- John Deere Gen 4, G5 Command Centre or Gen 4 or G5 Universal Display
- Ultimate display activation
Benefits
- Ability to focus on the job, making necessary adjustments and agronomic decision on the go
- Ability to watch the tractor and implement more closely, allowing for proactive measures rather than reactive fixes
- Increased productivity through faster, more efficient, smoother end turns
- Carries out end-of-row functions at appropriate times during the sequence
